Metriqs uses secure OAuth authentication — the same technology used by major apps. You click Connect, authorize access in Google or Meta's own interface, and Metriqs never sees your password. You can disconnect at any time from Settings.
Metriqs checks every connection before generating a report and refreshes expiring tokens automatically. If a source still can't be reached, the report is built from the remaining sources but held back as "needs review" — it is never auto-sent to your client with missing data. You get an email telling you exactly which source failed, so you can reconnect it in Settings → Integrations and send the report once it looks right.
Every number is pulled directly from each platform's official API (GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Search Console) at the moment the report generates — no scraping, no stale third-party copies. Reports either contain real, complete data from a source or clearly flag that the source is missing and wait for your review. We also run automated health checks against every integration and publish them on our status page.

Yes. On the Growth plan you can invite up to 5 team members with viewer or admin roles. Viewers can see dashboards and reports but can't change settings or access billing. Admins have full access apart from billing.
You'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don't upgrade, your account is paused — your data is kept for 30 days so you can pick up where you left off.
Yes. All OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. We never store passwords. Data is never shared with third parties. We are GDPR and CCPA compliant.
Metriqs uses bank-grade AES-256-GCM encryption for all OAuth tokens at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit, and stores data with Upstash in the US (us-east-1 region). We never share client data with third parties beyond the integrations you explicitly connect. Tokens are encrypted before they touch the database and only decrypted server-side when generating reports.
